SERVICES AND SUPPORT

CREATION AND PATTERN MAKING

On clients’ requests, we collaborate from moodboard stage to collection board. Listening to clients’ feel of their collection we propose designer from our wide network to fit the mood.

Infographists and pattern makers are always evolving, creating fabric designs, technical files, prototypes in modern directions or developing “boutique fitting” patterns.

SOURCING AND PURCHASING

NLM Group Ltd proposes to source and purchase raw materials and accessories for clients around the world, mainly Europe and Asia. All suppliers are OEKO-TEX certified, approved and selected through high standards.

Our web of contacts in textile industry has also created possibilities for transformations of fabrics (sublimation, serigraphie, crochet) or value added possibility on clients’ requests (eg. handmade accessories).

TECHNIC AND ENGINEERING

NLM Group Ltd has a number of technicians with extensive experience that allows us to determine the best manufacturing process possible.

To constantly and consistently balance our manufacturing level needs, technology monitoring is required. We use Lectra digitalization table, Lectra cutter, Gerber spreader, Gerber cutter, press cutting machine, fabric inspection machine as well as pattern making system to optimize efficiency and fulfill our clients’ request for precision.

PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL

Production has been NLM Group Ltd’s main activity since 1988. We continue to nurture our solid expertise in this field and continue to pass them on to our clients.

Quality assurance is an independent department and 100% of our production orders are checked and should comply with AQL 2.5/1.0 before being dispatched to our clients. We also have a quality control team in each of our factories to ensure 100% of garments pass our in-line inspection.
